Job Description
1) Assist with daily office administrative tasks, such as classroom bookings, monitoring and managing the Faculty email inbox, sending notices, and responding to daily inquiries.
2) Handle student and alumni-related matters, including but not limited to grade appeals, student internships, career development, and maintaining the alumni database and alumni associations, completing data analysis and report preparation as required.
3) Support student and alumni activities, such as new student orientation, graduation ceremonies, and alumni homecoming events, etc.
4) Coordinate or assist in organizing Faculty events, including poster presentation, meetings, seminars, and conferences.
5) Serve as secretary or undersecretary for Faculty committees, managing meeting schedules, minutes, and follow-ups. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements
1) Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above.
2) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
3) Proficient in office software, with good data analysis and report writing skills.
4) Effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player with a service-oriented mindset, and high sense of responsibility.
5) Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively, meticulous and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated.
